Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Gift cards are an exception and are not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with attached tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@kositcheks.com or (517) 482-1171.  If your return is authorized, we will issue you a return goods authorization (RGA) number.  In addition, we will issue a UPS call tag and UPS will pick-up at your location or, if you prefer, we will issue a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.  Any item sent back to us without first requesting a RGA number will not be considered an acceptable return and no credit will be issued.

Will notify you once we have received and inspected your authorized return , and let you know if a refund was approved or not.  If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method excluding if your original payment was paid in cash. If the returned item was paid for in cash the refund will be sent via check.  If the returned item was paid for via credit or debit card your refund may take several days to process depending on your financial institution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  Once we are notified of any issue well will evaluate the issue and initiate whatever corrective action needs to be taken to make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
